Meet Our Founder & CEO, Dr. Thaddaeus Irby
Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Dr. Thaddaeus Irby, a U.S. Air Force veteran, has over 20 years of professional experience working in Fortune 100 companies and in universities. This experience includes working as a Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Technology Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industries where he led and supported multi-million dollar initiatives; a Program Manager in the Automotive industry where he led and supported the execution of multiple digital transformation initiatives; and an MBA Adjunct Professor. His work and successes in these industries enabled Dr. Irby to receive many recognitions. Some of them include a Celebration of Excellence – Individual Excellence Award, Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) - Modern Day Technology Leader Award, DoD High Performance Computing – Up & Coming Hero Award, , U.S. President's Community Service Award, & the U.S.A.F. Joint Service Achievement Medal. Dr. Irby has a B.S. Business Administration, M.S. Project Management, & a Doctorate of Management. He is certified Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt. Dr. Irby membership includes 100 Black Men of Metro Detroit, Academy of Management, and the PMI Institute – Great Lakes Chapter.
